Nothing pre-cooked. Ever.

Thigh, not breast
We use boneless thigh. It carries more fat through the meat, which is why it survives the fryer without drying out.

Breaded to order
The chicken does not sit waiting on a tray. It is breaded and fried when your order comes in, not before.

The Yopo, the Relief and the Japanese mayo are made here. They are half the sandwich.
The bar
A fried chicken place with a natural wine list.
In most fried chicken places you get a soft drink. Here a bottle gets opened. Natural and organic wine, vermouth for the aperitivo and craft beer on tap.

Do I need to book?
Not always — you can book online or simply walk in. That said, the Madrid club is small, so booking is the safe option.
What are your opening hours?

Is there a vegetarian option?
Yes. The Veggie swaps the chicken for maitake mushroom, with pickles, lettuce, cheddar and green sauce.
How hot is the Pica?
The Pica comes with viri viri and Relief sauce. If you want to feel it without losing the chicken underneath, there is the Pica Mild.
Can I get takeaway or delivery?
Yes. You can place a collection order through our online shop, or have it delivered in Madrid via Uber Eats.
What if I have an allergy or intolerance?
